can i import a .pdf form into servicenow so i dont have to create a new form in the servicenow catalog and manually populate all the fields?

i would think the easiest way is to convert the .pdf document into an excel spreadsheet and then import that into servicenow and get as much data out that as i can?

any suggestions?

thanks goranlundqvistpoyntzj

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish. I guess you are wanting to create a catalog item/record producer? Since then we are talking about create variables etc. meaning one import should into one table but multiple and connect them together. Can take longer time that just fill it in manually. Or or we talking about having a PDf-file with that that should populate an already existing item/producer?

i have a pdf form that i nee to duplicate into servicenow as a form in the service catalog.   So your answer is correct it may be faster for me to just manually populate the fields   goranlundqvist
