Does ServiceNow has functionality to create Users across all instance?

Hi All,

I want to know that the ServiceNow has any functionality to create Users across all instances? If an User is created in Prod instance then User also need to be created in lower instance PreProd, Test and Dev instance automatically?

You can however, why don't you set up regular clones (maybe once a month)? - this would keep the records and sys_ids in sync!

i wouldn't recommend to have any integrations between Prod and Sub Prod environments for this.

There is no built in feature.....because each instance is its own separate system with its own database and user records...

You need to create a custom solution for this.

there is nothing available OOTB and logically I don't think this is needed.

Production data is real data for users coming from LDAP etc which should not be in DEV or TEST

However you can have custom integration between your instances for this

This should be included as part of the cloning process. After each major release, a clone from PROD to DEV should be performed to replicate the current users and groups
