Domain separation - user assignment

Hello everyone,

Maybe someone encountered this issue regarding a domain separated instance. Please see below my current setup :

icorches_0-1720678148837.png

We have a couple of users that are working on multiple clients that are stored in MSP users as seen.

MSP Users Domain Contains both Client A and client B .

The problem we encountered is assigning tickets from client A or B to users that are from MSP users even though MSP users domain contains both.

Domain visibility is also not an option since it will mix the data in the reference fields.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Just create this new User value.  This is useful to indicate that this one is not a Customer one and that you will not allow task ticket creation for such domain.

I've already went through that one but there is no mention of what it was described by Kyndryl.

Still no actual solution to the problem , how do i add and allow users from msp to work on tickets from Client A and/or Client B.
