I have an order guide with a variable set that contains a reference field to the CMDB_CI table. The filter on that variable allows the user to select a CI from two different classes (Database or Cloud Account) but within the Database Class, they can select two different types of databases (see screenshot of filter statement below). If the user selects a Cloud Account, there is one form that should display. If they select a database CI, there are different catalog items that will show (one for Oracle and one for SQL)
All is working well for the Cloud Account. But for the database, it does not factor in the database type. I have no clue what is hindering it:
When the user selects a CI that matches the criteria (the class is database, the type is Oracle), when they click "Next", the message below displays
