In the list view We can't able see Dot walking for Email filed in Email Attachment table.

For reference I have attached screenshot

But PDI I can able see Dot walking for Email filed in Email Attachment table.

I need to same dot walk in list view.

Could you please help on that.

Can you check the ACL's on the table? The field is there (also on the list view of your screenshot), so it must be something blocking your access to the field (like an ACL). Also check the ACLs on the sys_email table, because without access to the table, you can't select the field to choose from.
If you just open the list, do you see the field filled on any of the records?
