I have a repeater that displays approvals that have been requested but not yet approved. I want to display the approval in a card, but I'm having trouble "dot-walking" to the short description of the task that needs approval. In my case, the approvals will only be for the Requested Item (RITM) table, but I would like to know how to do it for approvals from more than one source.
I used the OOTB Look up multiple records as my data source, sysapproval_approver table. I made sure the short description is included in the fields that are returned. I dot-walked to short description from the "Approval for" (aka sysapproval) field.
However, when I try to display the short description, I don't get anything. Can someone help me spot why it doesn't display?
