Download the assessment questions in PDF

Hi ,

I want the assessment questions and responses to be downloaded as PDF .How can we achieve that.

Hi @phani24 

 

All the Assessment Question and Answers are stored in 'asmt_assessment_instance_question' table.

 

You can open the list of 'asmt_assessment_instance_question' table and filter with your particular Assessment Instance.

Then from List Context Menu, you can download it in different format like Excel, PDF, etc.

Hi Anubhav,

 

Sorry ,but my scenario is that end users should be able to download by clicking a button on the form .

Is there a way that we configure this in a script and generate PDF .

Did you ever find an answer for this? Trying to do something similar with smart assessments in the risk workspace.
