I guess you are referring to PDIs. If so, you need to create developer account or so. Also, please note Snow and ServiceNow are different solutions.

As Jaspal mentioned, you can explore ServiceNow by requesting your own Personal Developer Instance via https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do It gives you all functionalities to work with along with demo data.
