Downloaded attachement when I select the priority is critical on my record producer.

Hi Team 

When I select the Priority is critical on my record producer, its automatically shows the downloded attachment. 
(The attachment I should download )

Hi @dhineshkumar 

You should be able to do this as a UI Policy.

• On the record producer tick the box which states "hide attachments".
• Create a new variable, type: Attachment
• Create new UI Policy, if prority is critical 
• Create UI Policy action field: *New attachment variable* make mandatory is true.
