Drafts tab not showing in Service Portal

Mega Sage

I'm able to Save as Draft and any forms which currently have a draft saved will be recognized, but the tab to actually see the drafts is missing.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

Solved it! It looked like everything was setup correctly but the page that the menu item was pointing to had the wrong widget nested in Container 2. Was using a custom widget a previous dev had been using.

I swapped to the My Requests (v2) version and it's now working! Greatly appreciate the help on this.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  - it looks like the previous developer here adjusted the Service Portal menu options. I see a "My Tickets" option rather than requests.

Hi @MBarrott

Are you in esc portal? or SP? In ESC also it is under my request.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

Using SP right now. Looks like "My Tickets" is just a renamed of Requests so the functionality isn't different there (compared to my PDI where it's working).

I can save drafts, it identifies if a form has drafts, but the tab itself is missing from the requests page.

Hi  @Dr Atul G- LNG

Could you elaborate on what you meant by property level? Want to make sure I'm investigating the right forms/fields
