Hello community.
I've created a select box variable in a record producer and it is mapped to the choice table which is having values. ( I tick the 'Map to Field' checkbox and selected the correct choice table and field). One value from the dropdown isn't mapping correctly to the case ticket(while others are working as expected) instead of that it is taking some backend name which I cannot debug it anywhere.
For this particular dropdown value there are some client scripts and UI policies on which this dropdown value is working on. For now I've debugged by inactivating the ui policies and client scripts but no luck.
Please Suggest any ideas where it might working wrong and need to debug.

Hi Janu,
For your choice list, what is the value for the label "MGO & JFG Group Request (20 or more visitors)"? Does the value match that same value defined for the Select box for that item?

No, the value doesn't match with value in the choice list.

Its working now by changing the value in choice table
