'Due Data' past date validation on HR Agent Workspace

Hi,

 

I found an issue on business instance which I don't have in my PDI.

I created UI Policy to restrict the possibility to change Due date on HR Agent workspace and using past dates. This works on PDI but the same configuration doesn't work on the client instance.

What may causing this issue that this UI Policy doesn't work on client instance?

Try cache.do

browser cache too and logout n login.

cache.do --> already tried this, no luck, still the same
my colleague also checked this on his laptop and he is facing the same issue, so its not a browser issue

Try to create a policy on other field and test.

for different fields, UI Policy works as expected, so the workspace view is fine.

By the way, 'Due Data' past date validation UI Policy also works on U16 when I changed it to Global but it doesn't work on workspace view.

All stuff tried., so log a Support case now.
