Hi,
I found an issue on business instance which I don't have in my PDI.
I created UI Policy to restrict the possibility to change Due date on HR Agent workspace and using past dates. This works on PDI but the same configuration doesn't work on the client instance.
PDI
What may causing this issue that this UI Policy doesn't work on client instance?

@miro2 @Dr Atul G- LNG Apologies if this is already suggested, didn't read the whole thread.
You are checking before today but you should check before this min, If the due date is couple of hours before current time, but date is same, your condition will not meet
The right condition on the ui policy should be
OR

Hi @Anurag Tripathi
Thank you for your reply. You're right, but this scenario is unlikely (but not impossible).
Still this does not solve the problem that this configuration works on PDI and not on the client instance.
I checked scope and many different scenarios, but it seems condition is doesn't calculated.
The weird part is this works on PDI any I think if someone will try it on their end it will work too. So I'm still trying to figure it out.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG @Anurag Tripathi @Sandeep Rajput @Musab Rasheed
I found an old community article that might be relevant also for my issue. It seems that there might be SN bug.
Does anyone have access to this KB and can share details or screenshots?
There is also an recent unanswered thread with a similar problem, so this is not an isolated case.
