Due date field is giving an error

I want to restrict the selection of past date on the "due date " field on the p_task

for that i have create ui policy for the same..

 

but whenever i try to complete or cancle the p_task it shows the error mentioned in the ui policy ( even when due date field is emtpy)

how and why can anyone please suggest ..?

Can you share a screenshot of what you've configured for your UI policy?

Your current UI policy will evaluate whether a value is present or not. If you only want to run this when a value is present, add a AND condition of due date .is not. empty

 

Additionally, The UI policy is set to apply to all form views. If you only want this to apply on the form view, rather than the modals, untick the 'global' option and specify the view as default in the field that shows up

where are you clicking which opens the pop-up?

is that a custom logic or OOTB one?

what debugging did you do from your side?
