Due Date SLA.

Hi Team,

I need to set the Sla duration time based upon the due date field which is present on the Request item form.

Indetail:

I have field on the Request item form. So based upon this date the duration of sla need to set.

Due date (req item form) should match the duration of Sla.

Hi,

In a SLA Definition form, select table as 'requested item', in Schedule Source field, select 'Requested Item field option' and in Schedule Source field, select the field you need to use.

Wow!   Shows how long its been since I worked heavily with SLA's.   This used to be borderline impossible!

I tried this but the due date is not appearing in choices and unable to select those choices which are getting visible.
