Duplicate activity log in RITM.

Hi,

Whenever an user submit the request two activity log getting attached to RITM.

Also I didn't find any current.update(); in any before business rule.

 

Kindly suggest how to fix the issue?

How are you updating this comments? can check are you updating RITMs multiple times when RITM gets created?

what further debugging did you do from your side other than finding BR?

any flow is updating?
