Duplicate additional comments in Agent Workspace after applying hr template

When creating a new HR Task through configurable agent workspace and apply a template that fills the additional comment, if I edit the additional comment and click save to create the HR Task it duplicates the comment in the activity (see screenshot). This is OOB as I tested in my personal dev.
Does anyone know a way I can stop the duplication?

Hi Sandeep that is a different issue that person had. I dont want to hide the compose section in the middle with the work notes and comments.
The issue is with the duplicated comments in the activity as you can see in the screenshot
