Hi All,
Is it possible to have multiple fields in a table with same label but different name/type? Is it going to work properly?

Yes. but it will create confusions. better to have same label as of name column.

Yes. Dictionary name needs to be unique. But why is there a need for similar labels will it not create confusion?

I have got a requirement to create a filed with the same label but for different purpose. I am not really sure why there is already one with that label

This though will definitely have isses while reporting, etc. Better to convince to avoid creation of same filed with same label.
