Duplicate Emails goes out on sla Breach notification.

Hey Folks!!

Facing an issue of getting Duplicate emails on 100% SLA Breach email notification. Configured via sla definition with an custom workflow and an event mapped with an Email notification. Everything was set up for sla on a catalog task, can't able to identify how 2 identical emails were getting out for a single notification.

Any help world be much appreciated!!!

Please also include a screenshot of your SLA conditions.
Which of the two notifications in your workflow is firing twice?
Do they fire at the exact same time?

The emails were triggering at few seconds delay but both have same notification and other things were quite similar. attaching the SLA image below.

An SLA definition has 4 different condition sets.
You haven't shown your notifications firing conditions.
Do you have a workflow context we can see?
WHICH notification is failing (you have one at 50 and 100% of the SLA lifecycle)
