duplicate section getting created in default view

Hi all,

I am facing issue we have made some changes in design form but now it is creating duplicate section like this.

we try below steps to resolve it but it is still creating more duplicate -

• Go in update set where this modifications are captured.
• Then open the update set record, select the Show related record link.
• And from there delete the duplicate sections created by you.

is this known issue and how resolve this

I am getting this on my vulnerable item we make few changes in the form through form design after we are facing this issue. every time we try to delete duplicate section it is creating more duplicate section
