Duplicate Surveys are getting created unknowingly

Hi,

I am creating surveys and duplicate surveys are getting generated without any trigger cause.

Can someone please help on this?

Do you have any details you are able to share?

1. What are your trigger conditions?
2. Where are you seeing the duplicates?
3. etc...

There can be multiple reasons to this - have you verified all triggers for surveys? From your description alone, no one on this community will be able to give you a proper answer.
