The records that we are marking as duplicates are not actual duplicates as they are associated with a service account.
Since we have 22 service accounts we are seeing 22 data centers with the same name but they are associated with one service account each.
Dependency relations is actually making them the unique records but still we would like to see only data centers with the same name.
