Is there a way to create a report to show incidents (changes, problems, or any other tasks) that were created for CIs listed in a Dynamic CI Group. If not, what are the alternatives? How else can I group CI and then perform analysis on CI in that grouping. Thanks!

Hi,
To clarify are you wanting to join tasks, to CIs, to where a CI COULD belong to a CI group, but not necessarily whether the dynamic CI group was used as part of the task?

Thank you, for looking into my question. Yes, that is correct. Let's say, an incident was created for Server 1, another incident was created for Server 2, a third incident for - Server 3. My Dynamic CI Group is set to group Server 1, Server 2, and Server 3. Can I run a report where i give the Dynamic CI Group name and it returns those three incidents as result of my query. The Dynamic CI Group is not mentioned on any of the incidents. Thank you!

Hi,
Apologies I missed your response.
A database view would be the best option, to join the multiple tables together to give you the wider context.
