How to pass extra-params in CSM Workspace (Agent Assist) - Request Catalog Item

Hello everybody,

I am having a problem transferring parameters (extra-params) in Agent Assist.


Specifically, the issue is as follows:


I am in a VTB_TASK data record and click on “Request” in Agent Assist for a catalogue item.
The extra parameters are not transferred here.

If I do the same thing from a case or incident data record, the extra parameters are transferred correctly.

How can I ensure that they are also transferred from a VTB task data record?

I found the error myself.

The entries for the extra parameters were missing in the sys_ux_component_preset for Agent Assist.
These appear to have been removed by a ‘SNOW upgrade’.

I added them manually, after which everything worked as desired.

I am attaching the XML here.
