Hi,
I have created 1 simple dynamic filter option. Called a on Demand SI. When i go to the list, i see the sys_id of the filter option and not the name. This happens only when used default filters in the list. If you directly use isDynamic operator in the filters, then i see the name of the filter.
But whenever you use default filter and select the dynamic filter there, then in the list, i see the sys_id of the dynamic filter option, instead of the name.
The dynamic filter is working correctly. I don't have any problem. I just want to know if we can show the filter name or the actual incident number (on which the filter is happening) instead of sys_id in the popup.
Attached are the screenshots for easy understanding.
Dynamic Filter Option
Script Include
Default Filter
List View
As you can see in last screenshot, the incidents are correctly filtered but you can see sys_id of the dynamic filter option.
Does anyone know if there is a fix to this?

Seems platform issue or the default behavior

Hi,
For me as well it is the same. So may be a good idea to raise a ticket for this.
Thanks,
Ashutosh

Don't know immediately. Have to reproduce this. Though already the DYNAMIC shows that there is an issue. If is (dynamic) would be available, it would display as such, instead of DYNAMIC.
