Hello,
I am currently trying to find a way to create a custom UI page that displays when the user attempts to login to my ServiceNow instance. Currently the default login is SSO, and the plan is for the user to land on a specific UI page that serves as a sort of acknowledgement that the user is entering my instance. After clicking a button, they will be logged into the system through the typical SSO process.
I am able to create UI pages that serve as default landing pages in the portals, but I need to create a default landing page like this for the main instance. Has anyone been able to work on something similar to this?

If you don't have auto redirect for your idp then you should already have users being redirected to login.do or for portal navigations to the corresponding portal login page. With multiprovider sso login.do has the option to display your available idps to users.
You can also play around with either Single sign-on, logins, and URL redirects: setting
