Edit button Is missing in new Configurable Workspace

Edit button for the Bulk edit case is not available in the form. Previously It's available in old workspace and after moving to new workspace it's not available.

Old Workspace is Human Resource: Workspace
New workspace is Agent Workspace (Configurable Workspace), This what i meant.
The Edit button itself not available for the Particular talent management cases.

in your image Edit button is present I can see but is disabled.
If you select some records, then that Edit button will be enabled.
