Hi team,
I am not able to edit component in summary tab getting error like "Field can not be deleted as user does not have the required rights.", what role should i assign to edit this fields. i am trying to edit and add new fields
Scope is : Problem Management for Service Operations Workspace
Error : Field can not be deleted as user does not have the required rights
Requirement : Want to add few fields in summary
Path : Service operation workspace -> configuration -> problem management-> problem Record -> Section fields
