Yes, you are talking about email client. In order to make changes to the template, you need to create a template of your own on the table you want. Go to Client Templates module and create a new template as shown below.Here are the screenshots of a sample client template I have created on sc_task table to include the task number in the body of the email.

You can create or modify an Email Notification by selecting Notifications and the selecting the one you want to modify (or create a new one):
There's different ways of modifying the text. You can adjust it in the Notification, use an email template, or call a script from the Message HTML area.
