Edit ({{count}}) button in Hardware Asset Workspace opens bad view

How can I specify which view a declarative action that opens a form for editing opens?

Background: In HA workspace, there is a button on lists that says 'Edit (x)'.  When you select records from the list and then click it, you can edit those records in a card in the right sidebar. That action assignment specifically excludes the 'alm_asset' table, and my customer wants this functionality on asset lists. I copied the action, and set it work on the alm_asset table. It works just fine, except for some reason it opens a view with last section on the form at the top, and the fields we actually care about are many, many rows down. Is there a way to tell that action what view to open?

The OOB action is this one: https://[instancename]/nav_to.do?uri=sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=4a9232b273131010a0a79329faf6a732%26sysparm_view=list_action
