All, I am trying to add a secondary approval in my authorize state for change management that where when CAB approves, it then goes to our Change Management group for one of the two change managers to approve before a change moves to scheduled. Our ServiceNow partner achieved this in our assess state (manager first then adds change management before moving to authorized).
I was trying to recreate this, but on the secondary approval for the assess flow it looks like the condition checks off the "group manager approved" box in order to run this approval. I am trying to figure out how to add the 'CAB approval percentage' Change Approval Definition as a checkbox on this action. I think this would resolve the condition I need for this approval to trigger upon the first approval. However, I cannot even find the action in my flow designer list under 'actions'.
Any assistance is appreciated in how I can achieve this!
