Can someone give me a step-by-step guide on how to edit this header?

I can't edit, I want to leave only the Update and delete options, but I can't edit, I don't understand how. Note: I created my table by incorporating the Task table

Hi @Arthur Sanchez   ,

 

These are not headers . any button that you are seeing on headers like Discuss , Update , Delete are UI Action .to navigate . please go to 

 

System Definition -> UI Action

These is the icon through which user can attach any document to the ticket . and other one is for activity stream
