Edit The New Incident Button in SOW

Hi All,

When I open the side menu (list) on the left part of the SOW, and choose all changes, a 'New' button appears on the right side. When clicking on it, a menu with all change types is opened. I want to add that page also to the incident.

Does anyone knows how can I do it?

When the users click on new button on incident table that should bring up change type page, is that your expectation? if yes what's business requirement here. Ideally we don't have types in incident.

List view buttons are modified under sys_declarative_action_assignment table. Attached screenshot below for reference.

@Pradeep Thipani I checked this table and I found the record that opens the change types page. But there is no record for new incident. Where can I find this record? Should I create a new one? 
I know that it is not ideally but those are the requirements I got.

Yes, by taking reference OOB change new button, configure new one for incident.
