Efforts required along with the task details for Integration

Hello All,

We are building new portal and performing Bi directional integration between servicenow and with external system

1. Workday - use case is surface workday approvals in the portal and return approval actionals to workday

2.concur - use case is approve expenses from portal

3. Amex gbt- use case is book and manage travel from portal

By looking at this can someone suggert

1. Detailed effort required for these 3 integration in terms of hrs

2. What all tasks required for these integration

It’s a bit difficult to estimate the exact effort required for this, as it depends on several factors:

• Process discussions

• Technical discussions and payload build

• Story refinement

• Development

• Testing

For an integration, it could take around 4–8 weeks, assuming all stakeholders are available, discussions move forward smoothly, and the requirements are clear and agreed upfront.
