Email and Outlook not working similar for users with same role "admin"

Hello,
I have created an Inbound Email Action where the email body will be updated in the description of the ticket.
When I am doing a REPLY to the notification update (received from servicenow), for one user, the last part of the email body is getting updated only but for other users the whole email chain (the previous updated comments and current reply) are getting updated.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?
