Hi All,

Here i am using remote spoke with flow Designer while updating remote instance incident. if the additional comments are updated in the source instance incident, the previously updated work notes are also posted again along with the additional comments in the same incident. please anyone help me.

Hi @Nagarjuna_Saidu,

While updating the remote instance incident, you are using an integration user. Within the conditions, you can exclude updates from this integration user to update again your "local" incident.
