Email Body text not attaching to work note

I am creating a flow where through email an HR case be created. Although case getting created, subject and other mappings are working fine except email body. Tried to map email body with work notes or description but nothing is coming there, its blank. Here is the logic. What to do?

When an email is sent, it automatically gets mapped and added to the activity log. Is there any specific reason to build this functionality again?

YEs, we had to stop the ootb and build it with other specific conditions.

Mate, as a BPC, I would never recommend this approach. You're risking the integrity of the system's foundation, and it could lead to issues during upgrades
