Email Client Template - how to attach files from record to template?

Hi,

I want to be able to attach files that are added to the specific record (incident & case) to the email client template.

Currently I can only choose attachment only from local drive - which is fine, but I also need to be able to directly add the already linked attachments.

I know that there is also a setting you can change this (maybe in html directly - I can't remember) ...

I think it is part of the "html_insert_image_dialog" UI page ...

I want local files and attachments ... not the library in total.

The description of ui page says ... "Dialog used to control the insertion of images into HTML fields.   Images may come from the images library (if the plugin is loaded) and attachments to the current record."

Within the html box u can add pictures & video files from the attachments ... but now other like pdf.

There has to be a solution to attach a file to a email client template that is already assigned to the record.

Downloading it locally and uploading it is really stupid for an up to date customer management tool ....
