Email client template not sending to Cc

Not sure if this is correct or not but I've added Recipients to the Cc and testing it out by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting email.  Check the email log and only email was sent to the To and not Cc.  Am I missing something?

Prasant,

The email script automatically attaches the assigned to manager which I don't want.  I just want that field blank and when they type in anyone in the Cc it will send to them.
