email client template to show details for two table : user table and customer_contact table

Hi ,

In the compose mail i need to tables of data one is user table and customer contact table data , presently only customer  data is visible not customer _contact table data , Please tell me how to write the script(via script include) to marge to tables in the "to" section the email template . If possible send me the same script
