Looks OK.
Your event should be OK as well if there's an address or a sys_id there and it seems to be based on one of your attachments. Are you able to send any messages out of dev or will anything be marked as send-ignored?

Hi joni,
actually i moved update set in to other instance and i can see its working fine. email is sent now and received mail to my inbox. why it is not working in dev?

In dev check the email properties.
There's probably an option 'email sending enabled' set as false.
This option makes it so that emails will not be sent to the recipients if it's false.
DO NOT turn it on. If you want to enable email sending in DEV you need to also set an address to the 'Send all email to this test emaill address (non-production testing). If you have nothing there and activate the option, you're then sending all emails from the system.

Ya, i checked email properties also. And i have seen inbound domain actions also.
now it is working fine with my company mail id , but it is not working with gmail.
However inbound domain actions gmail.com also derived.
but not sure why it is not working for gmail.com
