Email Layout not showing in Email Notification

Hi,

 

1. We have created an email layout which includes the client logo and the requested coloured background.
2. We have then created an email template, which shows additional information such as: 'Case Number, Short Description, State, Priority, etc.). We have also added the layout to the 'Email Layout' field on the corrcect email template. 
3. We have then added the template to the necessary notification.

 

However, when we then select 'Preview Notification' on the notification record, it only displays the content we have in the email template and it does NOT display the content we have in the layout, even though we have linked them.

Can somebody please advise/support. Thanks in advance

Could you please cross verify in the email layout whether you have added the line ${notification:body} or not.

You need to mention "${notification:body}" whereever you want to display the body of the notification in the email layout.

The Notification's Subject or Message will override the email template if not blank.

@Voona Rohila - Hi Rohila, thank you for your response, yes we are aware.

We already have the notifications subject and message HTML blank. 

However still not working as required.

Can you share few screenshots of email template.
