Email missing some attachments

I have a BR to copy attachments from each record and attach it to the email.

 

When I checked the email logs, all 5 attachments are being attached.

But in the "Email Attachment" related list, only 2 are on the list.

 

Also, only 2 attachments got received from the email instead of 5.

 

How to debug this one?

 

Please help.

Hi @SonnySilva ,

 

Confirm if system properties in ServiceNow that limit attachment size or file types.

1. Go to System Properties > Security.

2. Locate the property: Find the property labeled "Maximum file attachment size in megabytes".

Is that a defined relationship or via an OOTB one?
