I have created inbound email action and while testing I have replied to the email that I received to my outlook but I don't see that email in email logs.
How can I test the inbound email action in DEV instance in real time?

Hi Tharun,
For testing purposes, I would recommend configuring your inbound action to pick up emails received from the email address you are using for testing.
Then send an email to your instance email, this can be found here: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_email_account_list.do%3...
The email address will be held in ServiceNow SMTP account.
Once you send an email to this address, you should see it being received by the system in the email logs, and in turn triggering your email action.
I hope this was helpful.
Regards
James

You can go to Email Properties in the navigation panel and enable sending and receiving emails. You can also provide a test email to send all the email to from ServiceNow
Hope this helps

Hello @Admin7267 ,
While replying to email, add your instance email address as well in email To with other email address from were you received the email as '' instance_name@service-now.com '' .
Kindly mark the answer ✔️Correct or Helpful ✔️If it addresses your concern.
Regards,
Siddhesh
