Email not showing in activity stream

Hi Team,

  

Can anyone please help me on below enhancement

 

I have Sent email using ServiceNow email function but the email did not get posted in the incident activity logs .Comments were added manually instead of an email in incident activity.

1.Check inbound email actions: Review any inbound email actions or scripts that could be affecting the email processing. There might be custom business rules or scripts that are unintentionally causing issues with incident creation or activity logging.

2.Verify email security settings: If your email system has strict security settings, it might prevent ServiceNow from processing the incoming email correctly. Check if any email filtering or security rules are blocking the emails from being processed.
