Email not triggering when flow designer - Run as is user who initiates..

Hi All,

I am facing issue while triggering email through flow designer. 

Triggering condition for flow is time (daily 19:00:00), So it triggers flow at 7 PM IST as my instance time zone is Asia.

and Rus as is set as User who initiates the session.  To send email I am using send notification action. 

 

My issue is, flow is getting triggered but I can not see email in the Emails table.
