Email notification is showing type(send-ready) and state(Processed)

Some notifications in our prod instance is stuck in this state. Please check the screenshot. Do you have any idea what could be the issue and how it can be fixed?

 

Email notification is showing type(send-ready) and state(Processed).

 

Not all notifications are behaving like this. Most of the types are with subject "MyServiceDesk Request RITM0xxxxRequires Approval"

Hi @Raghav Sharma ,

 

Your outbound notification configuration may have been disabled. Can you check here?

System Mailboxes > Email Properties

 

Email sending enabled - This should be checked.

That is checked ..Only some Email notification is getting stuck in type(send-ready) and state(Processed).

No, it was not solved. I was unable to find a solution
