Email notification is showing type(send-ready) and state(Processed)

Some notifications in our prod instance is stuck in this state. Please check the screenshot. Do you have any idea what could be the issue and how it can be fixed?

 

Email notification is showing type(send-ready) and state(Processed).

 

Not all notifications are behaving like this. Most of the types are with subject "MyServiceDesk Request RITM0xxxxRequires Approval"

Hi @Raghav Sharma ,

 

Could you share the logs for any of the email notification, are you using OOB POP 3 email account / custom email account to send emails ?
