Email notification on project task

I have Activated this OOTB Project Task notification but notification not triggering while project task state changes or assigned to changes. Is there anything need to configure.

There are few "VA Event Processor 0" in ready state.

Do I need to change all next action to future time

Try this:

I changed the next action time time tomorrow.
For testing the notification I changed the project task state but again it got changed the time

It should work now. Try clearing the cache and test again, and also try logging out and logging back in. If it still doesn't work, log a Now Support case as this seems to be the only cause
