Email Notification to Photographers showing all upcoming photoshoot sessions.

I am new to ServiceNOW.

I need to email each Photographer with their photoshoot listing for the upcoming week.

I can create a report but do not know how to only send the photoshoot list to each Photographer as they are in different cities w/ different employees.

Please realize that we don't have access to your instance, so we don't know how everything is configured and which tables are used to contain which data.

You can get this requirement in place in several ways: use email scripts to get the data into an email and send it to the photographers. Use a flow to collect the necessary data and paste that with a 'for each photographer' logic into a 'send email' action.
Use a scheduled job to create an event and combine that with an email script. 

It would really help to know how your instance is configured in relation to the shoots. I'm also not sure why it matters what cities they are in or what employees they have.

Hi Mark,

This is a simple application. Photographers have their own table and are responsible for different company locations (cities).
The Scheduler table has a list of all Employees that are added manually or thru a Flow are added if they are a new hire.

The HR person will decide what date the Photo session date is and then start adding each employee needing to add/update their employee image/pic.

The Photographer is automatically assigned to the employee based on the office location.

The Photographer needs to receive an email detailing the photoshoot date and times & which employees have been allocated.
